The public prosecutor in Peru questioned Friday the President of Peru, Pedro Pablo Kuczynski, as witness in the investigation into the case of Odebrecht, which included as investigated former President Alan García by irregularities in the tender to the Brazilian Builder of the line 1 of the Metro de Lima.
Decision to investigate former President García was the Prosecutor Hamilton Castro, who heads a special team to investigate the Brazilian construction company Odebrecht, which admitted having paid 29 million dollars in Peru illegally to win tenders during 2005 and 2014, which involves three Governments.
By case Odebrecht are four former officials of the Government of Garcia, including the exviceministro of Comunicaciones Jorge Cuba, and the former President of the supervisory body of the investment in infrastructure transportation (Ositran), Carlos Zevallos Ugarte.

As I said it: If the Prosecutor thinks it convenient, welcome any investigation and will go to any citation to collaborate.
