Francis Pope, head of the Catholic Church, Saturday visited the city of Amman, capital of Jordan, as part of the international tour that takes in the Holy Land; located in the Middle East.

The Pope was greeted by government and religious authorities, who met to convey his regret over the political instability in the region (Photo: EFE).

During his tour of the Jordanian capital, Pope Francisco expressed deep respect for the Muslim community and greeted the Christian minority living in that country (Photo: AFP).
