One dead after explosion of a truck of the OSCE in Ukraine

At least one person was killed and three others were injured on Sunday after explode a truck that was part of the Special Mission of observation of the Organization for security and cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in the East of Ukraine.
The vehicle carrying the observers exploded near people’s self-proclaimed Republic of Lugansk, after running over an anti-tank mine, confirmed the Organization’s President, Sebastian Kurz.
> Russia will recognize documents of Ukrainians of Donetsk and Lugansk Lugansk authorities pointed out that the incident was an act of sabotage perpetrated by the Ukrainian forces near the area.
The representative of the Ministry of national security of Lugansk later said the observers were travelling in two cars, but the second did not suffer damage. 
According to the militia of the army of Lugansk, the European mission truck crashed out of the usual route and took another path, fact that is not established nor allow the OSCE.
