The evidence presented by the Venezuelan President point to Carmelo Zambrano, Secretary of the youth organization of the party first justice in Caracas, along with his twin brother, as responsible for capturing young people so that they promote acts of vandalism during demonstrations called by the opposition.
How does this structure?
Carmelo Zambrano received the guidelines of the national direction of Primero Justicia, notifies the recruited and distributed money to them.
The attack on the Executive direction for the judiciary was planned three weeks ago in Chacaito headquarters down, in the basement. “The instructions were arrest Caracas,” said one of those involved.
