Evo Morales called to serve the people in peace and harmony with mother earth

The President of Bolivia, Evo Morales, called to strengthen the spirit of service to the people in peace and in harmony with mother earth. The statement offered it on the occasion of the celebration of good Friday and in reference to conflicts that threaten a war between several Nations. 
Through his Twitter account @evoespueblo, the head of State said that “as well as Jesucristo gave his life and sacrifice for humanity, today’s time sacrifices to avoid wars and military interventions”.

As a Catholic base, a supporter and admirer of Jesus Christ, I know that his fight was for the brotherhood, equality and the dignity of peoples.

Also the Pope Francisco spoke out for peace on the occasion of the celebrations of Holy week and noted that today one can speak of a third world war fought “by parts” and fuelled by “greed, intolerance and the lust for power”.
