Luis Almagro is a threat to peace in Latin America, says Bolivia

The President of Bolivia, Evo Morales, said on Wednesday that Luis Almagro, Secretary general of the Organization of American States (OAS), is a threat to the peace of the peoples of Latin America.
He added that Almagro promotes United States (U.S.) military intervention in the region. The Bolivian President said that the OAS is submissive to the USA and is doomed to extinction.

-Evo Morales Ayma (@evoespueblo) 5 April 2017 on Wednesday, the Venezuelan Foreign Minister Delcy Rodríguez denounced the interventionist maneuver by the OAS and the session in fact convened by the Agency with the impulse by Governments of the right.
“The OAS lost compass, in terms of its intention, with regard to its functioning,” said Rodriguez in an ordinary session.
On the illegal meeting held on Monday without the consent of Bolivia (who serves as the Permanent Council presidential), Rodriguez said it was “unprecedented in the history of this organization” and right Governments “decided without stupor assail the institutionality of the OAS”.
The Chancellor stressed that “Venezuela is unknown that session de facto”, therefore nor the measures taken therein.
