At least 23 dead leaves avalanche in Putumayo, Colombia

At least 23 people were killed and dozens injured in the Colombian Department of Putumayo to the South of the country, after producing an avalanche of mud product of heavy rains registered in recent days.
The director of the Department of Putumayo, Lalo Giovanni Zambrano, risk management indicated that ten fatalities of this emergency bodies were already recovered by emergency agencies and found in the local morgue. 
> At least 10 dead in avalanche in Afghanistan the Department crisis room activated and in at least one bridge infrastructure and faults in various road structures were reported. Similarly, there were hundreds of missing persons and the complete destruction of sectors of the capital of this Department.
