Spanish Government rejects referendum in Catalonia

The Government of Mariano Rajoy rejected Monday the possibility of reaching an agreement for the holding of a referendum in Catalonia similar to what happened in Scotland in 2014, as calls for the catalan regional government.
The President and the Vice President of the Government regional catalan, Carles Puigdemont and Oriol Junqueras, respectively, in an article signed by both, that publishes today the daily “it country” claimed the negotiation of a referendum of self-determination agreed similar to the celebrated in Scotland.
