Argentine external debt recorded increasing record

Since the arrival of Mauricio Macri in the Presidency of Argentina and the immediate release of capital controls, the gross external debt (national State, provinces and companies) broke up around 211.000 million dollars, becoming number record and public liabilities amounted to 143.600 million dollars.
