Lula Da Silva will work in Dilma Rousseff campaign

The Brazilian president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva will be the “informal” campaign coordinator for President Dilma Rousseff, facing elections next October, reported Saturday the Workers Party (PT).
The information was disclosed during a press conference held in Sao Paulo at the end of the XIV National Meeting.
President of PT, Rui Falcao, said that despite being “the great commander of the party,” Lula will not take “formal” office coordinator.
He explained that “Lula is the great commander of the party, campaign. He transcends any functional organization we believe in the campaign. ”
On Monday, Rep. Bernardo Vasconcellos, leader of the ruling Party of the Republic (PR), was reading a manifesto signed by 20 MPs in support of a candidate Lula in front of PT.
The owner of PT recalled that the party’s policy of Lula orientation ahead of elections and said that “if he wants to go to committee and stay there day there is no problem: it is now the commanding general.”
The meeting, which was attended by about 800 delegates, also served to discuss the government program and strategy ahead of elections.
According to the latest polls on elections of October 5, Rousseff leads the voting intentions between 37 percent and 40 percent.
